- No, you can check out as a guest. However, if you’d like to register an account, you can do so to easily track your online orders on the ELARA Online Boutique.
My order has not arrived as expected. What should I do?
If your item(s) have not arrived as expected, please write to us at www.e-lara.com.au with your ORDER ID.
Can I exchange an order? And how?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the item(s) meet the stipulated criteria. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for full details.

For local orders:
To exchange for a different size or color, you may exchange it for other items of equivalent or lesser value at any of our boutiques within 15 days of receiving your items. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and bring the original invoice along with the item for the exchange. This does not apply to personalised or custom-made products, including personalised necklaces. Terms and conditions apply.
For international orders:
At this time, we are unable to accept exchanges for international orders. However, if you have received a wrong item or encountered any issues with your purchase, please contact us at www.e-lara.com.au., and our team will assist you accordingly.
